Review: The Secrets She Kept

The Secrets She Kept The Secrets She Kept by Brenda Novak
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

A twist, and then a twist to the twist and at the end - yet another twist. The secrets just keep turning up. Just when you thought you knew the whole story - pop - another secret comes out.

In the continuing story of the sequel to ‘Secret Sister’ you get involved in another thrilling book of the people of Fairham Island.

Keith gets a phone call from his sister, Maisey, telling him their mom has died and it is suicide. Keith returns to the island to put his mothers affairs in order and still cant believe she committed suicide.

Was she murdered? And that's where the police become involved with Keith helping them find some answers.
Even after her death, Josephine causes problems for her family and we find out there were so many secrets she kept from her family. Right up to the last page there are still secrets coming out. This was a great book - had a hard time putting it down - Looking forwarding to reading more of Novak's books.
